Device Under Test (DUT) Access
GRL has a wide array of devices to test your products with. Sometimes these devices are hard to obtain but customers can leverage GRL's close relationships with vendors to access these devices. GRL can mate peripheral devices like redrivers, clocks, switches, and filters to other source devices to perform basic compliance tests as well as perform more extensive interoperability and validation testing.
GRL has partnered with BitifEye, the leading provider of test automation software for Agilent receiver test solutions, to support clients test automation needs centered around PCI Express, SATA, USB, HDMI, DispayPort, MHL, and MIPI. GRL provides sales, support, and customization/integration for BitifEye's test automation software products.
BitifEye's test automation software's broad test coverage and one-button compliance tests allows fast system calibration and can reduce test execution time by 50%. The software is open, modular, and scalable which allows easy integration and customization into a client's test environment.
GRL test automation software development capabilities include BitifEye ValiFrame, NI LabView, Agilent VEE, C Sharp, and .NET, allowing GRL to work with any client's test automation environment.
GRL has partnered with Wilder Technologies, a leading test fixture provider for high speed connectivity standards. Wilder currently supports HDMI, DisplayPort, SATA, Thunderbolt, MHL, SFP+, and SAS technologies. Wilder and GRL share a commitment to provide highly robust and reliable test fixtures that can work with test equipment from all vendors. GRL provides sales and support services for Wilder fixtures. As part of GRL's work on Compliance Test Specifications and Methods of Implementations, GRL also works with Wilder to define new test fixtures needed by the industry.
