Holger brings over 25 years of experience in TIC. Prior to GRL, Holger has held various roles with TÜV Rheinland (TÜVR), a global leader in the Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry. He oversaw tremendous growth and margin expansion through various organic initiatives and strategic acquisitions. Holger has developed and implemented global processes for project management utilizing excellent quality management. Solid multi-disciplinary background with years of experience from data privacy to sales and HR. He has a proven track record of turning around businesses, achieving double digit growth, straddling short term results and long-term strategy execution.

Alan is GRL's Global Business Lead for Thunderbolt technology. Solid technical background combined with 15 years of multi-disciplinary experience, from business vision to hands-on product development in electrical and electronic testing and instrumentation industry. Prior to GRL, Alan worked in Agilent and Rigol as Channel sales, Business development manager, Regional sales manager. He holds an MS in Electrophysics from National Chiao Tung University.

Anne is responsible for leading GRL Taiwan’s overall operations and ensuring sustainable business growth in line with the company’s regional strategic objectives. She is a seasoned TIC industry executive with more than two decades of experience in business development, P&L management, quality validation and cross‑functional leadership. Anne has also heavily invested in automation development, successfully enabling clients to achieve their key management goals: reducing costs and maximizing human efficiency.

As Managing Director of GRL China, John oversees operational activities and drives business development strategies within the region. With a robust background spanning more than 25 years in the Testing, Inspection, Certification (TIC) industry, John brings extensive expertise to his role. Prior to joining GRL, he held diverse positions including technical manager, sales manager, and General Manager at TÜV Rheinland (TÜV RH), TUV SUD, and Bureau Veritas. John's educational qualifications include an MBA from The Australian National University.

Cyan is currently serving as the Technical Director for Automotive Connectivity in the Asia-Pacific region. She brings 16 years of experience in SI/PI Validation, specializing in TBT, USB, PCIe, SATA, and DisplayPort/DisplayHDR certification programs. She is also a USB-IF Certified Engineer. Previously, she led GRL Shanghai, overseeing daily operations, strategic planning, budget management, and business development. She was also responsible for staff leadership, vendor relations, and maintaining high customer service standards.

Kristof is responsible for leading GRL's expansion across Europe and focuses on creating superior customer experiences for customers across the region. He has extensive experience in high-speed serial data and charging technologies. Prior to joining GRL, Kristof spent over 17 years at Eurofins Digital Testing where he expanded the company’s digital test services portfolio and customer base. Kristof earned a Bachelor of Electronics in Hardware Design and a Master of Electronics in Information Technology.

Jee-Woong is the General Manager for Granite River Labs Korea, as well as Vice President for Regional Large Accounts. In addition to launching GRL’s first point of presence internationally important Korean market, he is responsible for growing the organization’s business across a broad range of sectors, including semiconductor, automotive and consumer electronics. Prior to GRL, Jee-Woong was Sales Vice President, APAC for TUV Rheinland Korea. During his 15-year tenure at TUV, he ran the organization’s business in Korea and was responsible for sales in 9 APAC locations. Jee-Wong has worked for some of the biggest names in the tech sector, such as Motorola Networks Inc., where he was the Key Account Manager/PM for Korea Telecom PowerTel and Network infrastructure equipment sales, and Maxon Telecom. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Kyung-Hee University.

Ken oversees the management of GRL Japan’s operations as General Manager. He has spent over 11 years at Arm as the Regional Segment Marketing Director covering Automotives, Embedded, Smartphone, Gaming, and Digital Consumer product segments. Working deeply with major Japanese OEMs, particularly in digital consumers, game consoles, and LSI companies, Ken has comprehensive knowledge in Machine Learning, GPU, and CPU-based system architecture for digital consumer products.

Sanjay is the General Manager at GRL Services India. With over a decade of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and regulatory compliance, Sanjay has played a pivotal role in shaping GRL India’s service portfolio since joining the organization three years ago.

Prior to GRL, he held leadership positions at globally recognized firms including Standard Chartered Bank, IBM, and Capgemini. During this time, he led initiatives in cybersecurity strategy and developed comprehensive testing platforms to secure Telecom networks, IoT ecosystems, enterprise applications, and web services.

At GRL, Sanjay is responsible for expanding the company’s capabilities across multiple domains. His current focus includes strengthening security evaluation and testing of telecom products and consumer IoT devices. He also oversees functionality testing of USB and MFi (Made for iPhone/iPad) accessories, ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, Sanjay leads efforts in interface protocol testing aligned with TEC (Telecommunication Engineering Centre) and global specifications, helping OEMs and solution providers ensure product reliability and regulatory readiness.

Sanjay holds a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication and is certified in CISA, CISM, CEH, ISO/IEC 17025, and ISO/IEC 27001.

Michael DeBie brings over 25 years of experience in SerDes designing, debugging, characterization and testing. Prior to joining GRL, Michael was PCIe PHY Product Manager at Synopsys, where he worked with integrators and designers to implement the G6 and G7 PCIe PHY IP. Before that, he served as Director of Product Engineering at Achronix, focusing on IP integration, characterization, and production testing. Michael has also held senior technical management roles at leading semiconductor and test & measurement companies, including Broadcom (formerly Avago), QLogic (now Marvell), Solarflare (now Xilinx), as well as several T&M organizations. Michael also serves as Global Business Lead for PCIe, driving global strategy, business development, and execution. In addition, Michael helms GRL's overall technology roadmap and the Global Technology Forum, which plays a critical role in ensuring that GRL stays ahead of industry trends. He holds a BSEE in Micro Electronic Engineering from Santa Clara University.
