About the role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Embedded Systems Engineer with deep expertise in wireless
communication protocols and embedded software development. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years
of hands-on experience in C/C++ programming, a deep understanding of OpenThread Stack, and practical
experience with any interface modules such as BLE, Wi-Fi, Zigbee, Matter, LoRa, or other IEEE 802.x family
protocols.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and optimize embedded software components for IoT and wireless
communication products. - Work extensively on OpenThread Stack integration and customization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate hardware, firmware, and software
components. - Implement and ensure compliance with IEEE 802.x standards.
- Review and contribute to test specifications, test compliance.
- Conduct debugging, performance tuning, and code reviews.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends in embedded systems and IoT communication protocols.
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in embedded systems programming using C/C++.
- Education level: BE/B. Tech (ECE, E&I, EEE, CSE, IT)
- Strong hands-on experience with OpenThread Stack and Thread protocol.
- Solid understanding of any networking protocols and embedded wireless technologies (BLE, Zigbee,
Wi-Fi, LoRa, Matter, etc.). - Experience with IEEE 802.x standards and protocol stack implementations.
- Strong knowledge of RTOS, MCU architecture, communication buses (SPI, I2C, UART).
- Passion for IoT and wireless communication protocols.

- Contributions to open-source projects or community involvement in IoT/wireless domain.
