GRL is here to support you – A note to our customers on COVID-19 | GraniteRiverLabs

As we adapt to the global challenge of COVID-19, GRL remains committed to helping our customers keep your projects moving forward while providing the best possible testing services and support through our global labs and product teams.

While we comply with the shelter-in-place directive, our Santa Clara/Silicon Valley lab is working with our customers to stay on schedule.  With your consent we are directing projects to a different GRL lab or working with you to find alternative testing arrangements. If you have upcoming testing needs, please contact us to discuss the various options that we have available for you.

Protecting the health and safety of our customers, employees, and their families is our top priority.  To that end, we have taken measures at all GRL facilities including:

  • Following the most recent guidance from health officials, with attention to social distancing and the cleanliness of our facilities.
  • Following onsite visitor policies to protect our employees, customers, and partners.
  • Suspending work-related travel indefinitely.
