Product Overview

GRL’s PCIe PLL Solution (GRL-PXE-PLL) provides full automation of PCIe 5.0 and earlier Phase Lock Loop Bandwidth and Peaking, a mandatory test for PCIe CEM (Card Electro-Mechanical). The solution is compatible with Tektronix and Keysight oscilloscopes paired with the Anritsu MP1900A Signal Quality Analyzer.

GRL’s complete PCI Express test automation solution also includes:

• GRL-PXEF-TX PCIe Transmitter Software
• GRL-PXE5-RXA PCIe 5.0 Receiver Calibration and Test Software for the Anritsu MP1900A Signal Quality Analyzer & Tektronix or Keysight scope
• GRL-PXE-P1 Transmitter Test Automation Controller
