The GRL-SAS4-TX provides an automated, simple, and efficient way to test SAS-4 transmitters to the T10 specification by automating the Teledyne LeCroy real-time oscilloscope to run SAS-4 specification physical layer transmitter tests.
By following industry standard methodologies, the GRL-SAS4-TX software allows engineers to cut down on equipment test time when performing SAS-4 based 22.5 Gb/s signaling tests for the DUT transmitter. Running on PC or Windows 7 and higher oscilloscope, the software has capacity to allow engineers to select and run a wide range of test parameters.
