GRL-USB4V2RL-KS automates the Keysight E5080B ENA and USB4® Version 2.0 microcontroller to test any host or device port for return loss compliance. Following the USB4® Version 2.0 CTS, GRL-USB4V2RL-KS provides a simple user interface to perform complex USB4 Gen4 testing, and significantly reduces equipment calibration and test time.
GRL-USB4V2RL-KS lets you easily automate Port A, Port B, Port C or Port D testing in a single session at 26.5 Gbps data rate. GRL-USB4RL-KS also captures impedance results for the DUT, allowing you to easily track any trace impedance mismatch which causes return loss.
Along with multiple configurations to set up the ENA test environment, perform time and frequency domain calibration and execute tests, GRL-USB4V2RL-KS also guides you step by step while calibration or test is being run.
GRL-USB4V2RL-KS integrates the USB-IF Electrical Test Tool (ETT) for automated DUT test mode entry and supports SigTest analysis for captured waveforms. GRL-USB4V2RL-KS runs on a Windows 10+ PC and works with USB4 Version 2.0 high-speed test fixtures and microcontroller.
