GRL’s UHS-II Receiver Calibration and Test Application Software for the Tektronix BERTScope™ BSA(GRL-UHSII-RX) provides an automated, simple, and efficient way to test UHS-II Hosts and Devices Receiver to the Jitter Tolerance and Vcm, Vdiff test requirements of UHS-II PHY Test Guidelines version 1.0. GRL-UHSII-RX automates measurements at data rates 390Mbps~1.56Gbps for host testing, 390Mbps, 780Mbps and 1.56Gbps for device testing, and runs on any Windows 7 or Windows 8 OS-based PC or Oscilloscope.

GRL-UHSII-RX eliminates the need for user interaction during testing. GRL-UHSII-RX enables automated calibration between the BERTScope and real-time oscilloscope to generate stressed-signal conditions for UHS-II Compliance testing.

GRL solution also integrate variable ISI hardware solutions and enable user to focus on the tests.
